To provide services to the elderly to prevent or delay both physiological and pathological mental (mnemonic-cognitive) decline.
To provide families taking care at the home of people with dementia with some socio-educational services.
The goal of our activities is to support Older Adults living in New York State, even if we are committed wherever in the world.
- Providing programs for individuals with dementia, their family, and also professional caregivers;
- Increasing public awareness;
- Collaborating with research centers;
- Informing public policy through advocacy.

He is a Sociologist who graduated cum laude from college twice, in Political Science and Sociology in Italy, where he also attended a Master in Health Care Management in Italy.
In 2008 he wrote the “Dementia Diary” in English, copyright in Washington, D.C., Library of Congress. In it, he developed many ways to support family caregivers and home workers in Alzheimer’s and dementia care. Dr. Perilli also invented management tools for Medical doctors in clinical risk management and working with them to solve problems on the job. One of the most popular ones in Italy is the “Proactive Root Cause Analysis.”
He was a consultant and professor in Quality and Clinical risk Management from 2002 to 2017 in many Italian hospitals and universities. One of them is Ospedale Gemelli, Università Cattolica di Medicina e Chirurgia -Sacro Cuore di Gesù- Roma, Italy ( It is the Hospital where Popes are admitted when sick.)
When he was a consultant in Quality and risk management, he taught more than 4,000 people among directors of hospital units, medical directors, and nurses in the Italian health care public companies.
He wrote many books about “Hospital Risk Management” and “Alzheimer’s and Dementia home care.”
He has been a volunteer and founder of a Charity Foundation in Italy, “Fondazione Alzheimer Gianni Perilli, “in Monza (M.B.) from September 2008. In Italy, he coordinates programs for patients and family caregivers.
He has been a Registered Journalist in Italy since December 1999.
